Job Summary
A company is looking for a Process & Implementation Analyst - Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Gather and define system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Assist in configuring and implementing changes within system tooling as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in process analysis, system implementation, or a related role
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow design
- Hands-on Salesforce administration/configuration experience
- Proficiency with process documentation tools (Visio) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or relevant experience)
