Salesforce QA Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce QA Lead (Test Lead).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team assignments, mentor QA consultants, and ensure adherence to test case authoring processes
• Oversee development of test cases based on user stories, provide QA test estimates, and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Report on testing status, manage risks and issues, and contribute to UAT entry meetings

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform and customization
• Experience leading a team of QA engineers
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and CI/CD practices
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is highly preferred
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools is a plus
