A company is looking for a Salesforce Support Engineer to provide customer support and manage Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support to customers on Salesforce-related issues
- Manage and configure Salesforce environments including user setup and workflows
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce functionality and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Admin Certification required
- 2-4 years of experience in a Salesforce Admin and/or Customer Support role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities
- Proven experience in customer communication in a technical support capacity
