A company is looking for a Salesforce Support Engineer to provide customer support and manage Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support to customers on Salesforce-related issues
  • Manage and configure Salesforce environments including user setup and workflows
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce functionality and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Salesforce Admin Certification required
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Salesforce Admin and/or Customer Support role
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities
  • Proven experience in customer communication in a technical support capacity
