Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations and manage client expectations
• Develop custom solutions, write and review code, and provide technical guidance to teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage platform upgrades while maintaining documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with recent experience as a Technical Lead or Developer
• 2-4+ years of experience managing offshore resources
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Lightning, Apex, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration tools
• Active Salesforce certifications and willingness to achieve additional certifications
