Salesforce Technical Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead, Services Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and extend Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, oversee deployments, and ensure system health and security
• Troubleshoot production issues and proactively monitor system performance

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and cloud-based software implementations
• Preferred Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Admin, PD1, and PD2
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and middleware solutions
• Strong expertise in APEX, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Flosum, or Copado
