Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Salesforce Training & Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Salesforce trainings to new and existing staff, including individual and group settings
- Develop and revise Salesforce training curricula and materials for general and role-specific support
- Monitor data entry, correct mistakes, and provide feedback to staff while fostering a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with diverse individuals and groups
- Team-oriented and highly responsive communicator
- Experience with and knowledge of Salesforce is strongly preferred
