SAP ABAP Lead Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP ABAP Lead Developer to manage an ABAP development team and provide SAP system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an ABAP development team and collaborate with agency resources
• Provide SAP system support and integration support for SuccessFactors EC
• Develop, enhance, and support the Accountability System of Information and Collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Eight years of experience as an SAP lead developer
• Strong experience in ABAP design and development, particularly in Object Oriented programming
• Functional knowledge in at least three areas such as Finance, CRM, Logistics, and HCM
• Two years of experience in training and mentoring employees
