SAP ABAP Lead Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP ABAP Lead Developer to provide SAP system support and manage an ABAP development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an ABAP development team and collaborate with State resources on the MAGIC SAP system
• Provide integration support for SuccessFactors and multiple third-party systems
• Develop, enhance, and support the Mississippi Accountability System of Government Information and Collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP lead developer
• 7+ years of ABAP design and development experience, including Object Oriented programming
• Functional knowledge in at least three areas such as Finance, CRM, Logistics, or HCM
• 3-5 years of experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client
• 3-5 years of experience in training and mentoring public sector employees
