SAP Business Analyst Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP Business Analyst Lead - Plan to Produce Workstream.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP modules to support manufacturing and quality processes
• Facilitate integration between SAP and subsystems to ensure data consistency and process alignment
• Drive end-to-end project execution, including requirements analysis, testing, and go-live support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a lead role
• Expertise in SAP modules such as PP, QM, and MM; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
• Strong understanding of GxP regulations and their application to manufacturing and quality processes
• Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in tools like MS Project or Jira
