SCCM/Intune Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SCCM/Intune Consultant, responsible for providing technical support and guidance to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key technical resource for enterprise customers in the legacy space
• Deliver proactive services including education workshops and expert guidance
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure project milestones are met

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both SCCM and Intune
• Experience in Windows 10/11 imaging and updates for business
• Knowledge of CO-Management and Desired Configuration Management
• Ability to provide end-to-end support and troubleshooting for SCCM/Intune
• Commitment to maintaining and extending accreditations and certifications
