Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduler-Centralized, 9:30a-6p, Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule outpatient diagnostic testing, interventional radiology procedures, and cath lab procedures for adult and pediatric facilities
• Instruct patients and doctor's offices on pre-procedure clinical preparations and gather demographic and insurance information
• Manage a high volume of appointment requests through phone calls and an Epic work queue while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• One year of experience scheduling tests and procedures in a hospital or physician office setting
• Understanding of medical terminology and knowledge of clinical procedures and ICD-10 codes
• High School Diploma or GED is desired
