Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Teletherapy
Location: Porterville, CA
Duration: Full Semester | Part-Time (Approx. 20 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders among students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each student’s unique needs.
• Provide direct teletherapy services, utilizing effective strategies to engage students during remote sessions.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student assessments, progress, and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding speech and language goals.
• Remain updated on best practices and advancements in teletherapy techniques.
Qualifications:
• Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and strategies for engaging students in a virtual setting.
• Familiarity with SEIS (Special Education Information System) for documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and school staff.
• Ability to work flexibly, with commitment to scheduled teletherapy sessions.
