Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to act as a servant leader and coach Agile teams in a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the implementation of Scrum/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure communication and alignment within the team
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and support the resolution of impediments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices
• Familiarity with Agile tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
• SAFe Scrum Master certification (SSM) or equivalent is a plus
