Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate the Scrum process and ensure teams adhere to Agile principles for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership and support the team in adopting SAFe principles and practices
• Eliminate impediments and facilitate the team's progress toward goals using Program Increment Objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify scope and enhance communication with other delivery teams

Required Qualifications and Education

• Functional and technical expertise in at least one analytics or business intelligence application
• Significant project management experience and knowledge in advanced analytics and data integration
• Working knowledge of Cloud Applications (e.g., Azure, Data Bricks)
• Experience leading agile development teams and facilitating team meetings in an Agile environment
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
