Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities
- Provide support and leadership to ensure productivity among seasonal support staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface support trends and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish
- 2+ years of previous customer service management experience
- 5+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
- A dedicated workspace free of background noise and distractions
