A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, Remote Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with billing/insurance verification and product/service inquiries via phone, email, and web
- Manage inbound and outbound calls while proactively identifying solutions to customer questions
- Provide technical support and ensure a best-in-class service experience while adhering to privacy and safety policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience working with computer and web-based tools
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills
- Must submit and pass a pre-employment drug test
