Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, identifying issues and providing solutions
- Document customer accounts accurately in client systems
- Follow scripts and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Flexibility in working schedule, including availability on weekends
- Computer literacy with a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
- Ability to pass a criminal record check and drug test
