Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, identify issues, and provide solutions while documenting customer accounts
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers and team members
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role in a transaction-based environment
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Flexibility in working schedule, including availability for at least one weekend day
- Computer literacy with a typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Ability to pass a criminal record check and drug test
