A company is looking for a Temporary Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video verifications with seasonal hires to ensure onboarding compliance and readiness
- Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to candidates regarding their onboarding status and next steps
- Support onboarding processes by tracking task completion and ensuring timely submission of required documentation
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR coordination, onboarding, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (phone and email)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Quick to learn new systems and technology; experience with ATS or onboarding systems is a plus
- Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
