A company is looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator - Seasonal.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule high-volume interviews and communicate with candidates regarding their recruiting status
- Review background checks, coordinate hiring decisions, and maintain recruitment trackers
- Provide HR operations support, including administrative tasks and acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Workday, or other HRIS platforms
- Solid understanding of HR and employment laws
