Key Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing customer engagements and ensure customer success
- Collaborate with the product team on customer requests and enhancements
- Develop customer-specific detection use cases and assist with onboarding automation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in a Security Operations Center or with a SIEM solution
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Preferred experience in Sales Engineering or Customer Success
- Preferred experience in Data Engineering
