Security Prototype Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Prototype Engineer to design and build prototype solutions for network security challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of next-generation network security products through rapid prototyping and testing
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to enhance product usability and deployment
• Drive proof of concept initiatives from inception to customer testing and advocate for innovation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in rapid development across full stack environments, including cloud and modern programming languages (preferably Golang)
• Strong understanding of virtualization environments and orchestration solutions like Kubernetes
• Experience in computer networking, specifically with the OSI model and network security concepts
• Ability to engage in technical discussions across multiple teams
• Education in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical disciplines (or equivalent experience)
