Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring it is approximately twice the sales quota
- Drive pipeline generation through proactive outbound efforts, achieving around 50% of total deals
- Manage the entire sales process, aiming to close a minimum of 35% of deals successfully
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving at least 95% of annual quota and 90% of monthly targets in a quota-carrying sales role
- Ability to self-source and generate 50% of total deals through proactive efforts
- Proficiency in Salesforce for accurate pipeline management and forecasting
- In-depth understanding of software solutions and ability to communicate their value effectively
- Strong desire to learn and advance a career in technology sales
