Senior Analyst - Cybersecurity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - Managed Data Detection & Response (MDDR).

Key Responsibilities

• Support 24x7x365 service operations and develop standard operating procedures to improve performance
• Monitor and analyze key events and data points, assisting with incident response and preparing reports for customers
• Support Customer Success Engineering team in onboarding, integration, and resolving customer issues

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in SOC or MSSP settings
• Experience in identifying, triaging, and resolving cyber incidents
• Ongoing commitment to training and certifications for skill enhancement
• Ability to monitor industry changes and align with data protection regulations
• Basic scripting skills in languages like Python or PowerShell preferred
