Senior Analyst, FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Own global enterprise budgeting and KPI reporting for IT, delivering variance analysis and clear communication of performance
• Lead financial planning and resource allocation for global technology investments, translating strategic initiatives into actionable financial roadmaps
• Analyze and track capitalized technology labor and project costs in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related quantitative field
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting
• Strong expertise with financial systems and reporting tools (Hyperion, Dodeca, Excel, Power BI)
• Experience with budgeting, SG&A reporting, or executive-level performance management
• Understanding of labor capitalization rules and technology strategic investment planning
