A company is looking for a Sr. Enterprise Analytics Analyst to support its Direct-to-Consumer e-Commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on key D2C performance metrics and KPIs
- Provide insights on customer behavior and collaborate on campaign performance
- Support the development of performance dashboards and assist in business case development for new initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics or performance reporting in a digital or e-Commerce environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of e-Commerce KPIs and customer acquisition metrics
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Experience in SQL querying and data mining across disparate sources
