Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, building relationships and providing solution design and implementation guidance
• Collaborate with customers and account teams to develop strategic plans for adoption and operationalization of analytics solutions
• Maintain product expertise and provide feedback to influence product development based on customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering or related fields
• Deep technical expertise in industrial process manufacturing verticals
• Experience with real-world business challenges involving time-series process data
• Ability to independently prioritize work based on customer needs and company objectives
