Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of media performance strategy, including reporting, measurement, and data automation
- Establish data-driven processes to inform brand investment and media decisions
- Guide a team of data engineers in prioritizing and communicating tasks effectively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
- 4+ years of advanced experience in SQL and cloud databases, preferably BigQuery
- Experience working with and leading teams that include data engineers
- Media analytics experience is essential
- Knowledge of dashboard products like PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
