Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of AI models to enhance Document AI capabilities and performance
• Conduct experiments to evaluate AI performance, focusing on reliability and user alignment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy scalable, production-ready models

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field, or Master's with equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models in NLP or IR applications
• Expertise in large language models (LLMs) and related techniques
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into innovative AI applications
