Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end model development, guiding research, data engineering, and evaluation
• Operate in an agile manner, focusing on quick iterations based on customer needs
• Communicate research through peer-reviewed publications and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant discipline or Master's with comparable experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building information retrieval or natural language processing systems for commercial applications
• Experience writing production code and ensuring managed software delivery
• Demonstrable experience translating complex problems into successful AI applications
• Preferred publications at relevant venues such as ACL, EMNLP, or NeurIPS
