Senior Associate, Strategy & Projects

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate - Strategy & Special Projects (Short-term, Flexible).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft recommendations and implementation plans for CHAI's five-year strategy and present them to senior leadership
• Scope potential new program areas through research and evaluation of the funding landscape
• Develop communication materials and proposals to secure funding for programs and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Superb communication skills in English
• Experience working in or supporting low- and middle-income countries is an advantage
