Key Responsibilities

• Focus on non-functional requirements of backend applications, including service availability, scalability, reliability, and security
• Oversee system design and architecture for robust and scalable solutions
• Develop and optimize stream processing applications using Kafka and Flink

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in at least one core programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, JavaScript)
• Expertise in Kafka, Flink, and AWS
• Experience building stream processing applications
• Startup experience at a high-growth company (preferred)
