Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to work on API and Bot Creator Experience for their Poe product.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative features and user experiences for bot creators
• Iterate on developer APIs to enhance performance and reliability
• Integrate new LLMs on Poe and participate in on-call responsibilities to maintain product quality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with large scale codebases and web applications
• 3+ years of experience in Python or a similar programming language
• Availability for meetings during coordination hours (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm Pacific Time)
• A passion for learning and improving team dynamics
• Strong interpersonal skills
