Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Support Senior Analyst, Missed Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance carriers, and internal partners to resolve issues related to benefits and enrollments
  • Root cause complex issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process and automation enhancements
  • Manage complex escalations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout assigned projects


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing operational role, specifically with insurance and benefits experience
  • Prior experience at a SaaS/start-up company preferred
