Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of high-impact digital assets for growth marketing channels, including campaigns, landing pages, and sales tools

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with strategic performance goals and foster a culture of continuous learning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5-7+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio in campaign work and brand storytelling
- Proven ability to design for acquisition marketing and conversion-oriented projects
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
