Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will work with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements for process or system changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requests and design effective solutions with minimal supervision
- Develop detailed requirements collaboratively using established procedures and templates
- Document processes and systems, prepare user documentation, and conduct user acceptance testing
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Familiarity with B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications and cloud technologies
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) design principles for applications
- Experience with credit reports, verification solutions, or loan origination systems is preferred
