Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Contract Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement for CLM projects
• Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes and design future-state processes
• Configure CLM systems and support implementation, including training and user adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CLM or related software
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within CLM systems
• Proficiency in process mapping and business analysis techniques
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools related to contract performance metrics
