Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support agile software development and environmental sustainability initiatives for a federal government client.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems
• Elicit requirements through various techniques including interviews and workshops
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and validate solutions that meet business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification preferred
• Proven experience in IT application modernization projects
• Understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices is a plus
