Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Business Analyst to contribute to healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in housing policy and service delivery to design new housing services
• Direct the development of housing services expertise in contracted partners and manage inter-agency cooperation
• Analyze compliance with NJ's 1115 Comprehensive Demonstration Waiver and draft necessary documentation for leadership review

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, including 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare
• Preferred experience in Managed Care and familiarity with CMS and DMAHS
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts and analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and motivate teams
