Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst, Billings & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and time-sensitive data sets from various distributors
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure data accuracy
• Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports for actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Coursework in business, statistics, or technical fields preferred
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical, reporting, or quality assurance role
• Excel proficiency required; Access proficiency preferred
• Experience with CRM and business intelligence software preferred
