Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify opportunities and make recommendations regarding key performance drivers and trends
• Meet reporting and delivery deadlines to develop trust and help stakeholders unlock value
• Maintain ownership over dashboards and metrics to develop actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in analytics (prior insurance experience preferred)
• Strong work experience with SQL
• Proficiency with BI software (Tableau, Mode, Power BI, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative field
• Passion for leveraging data to develop insights that drive action
