Senior Business Metrics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Metrics Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Digital Transformation Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, track, and report KPIs and success metrics for no-code/low-code solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
• Design and implement dashboards and data visualizations to communicate program health and outcomes
• Foster collaboration between citizen developers and professional developers through training and support initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting a distributed project team
• Experience managing and coordinating tasks to meet project deliverables on time and within budget
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
