A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst Sr.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between business and technology groups by identifying and defining complex systems requirements
- Collaborate with business customers and technical teams to understand planned enhancements and document requirements
- Facilitate working sessions to elicit requirements and track progress while identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in requirements gathering or progressive systems experience
- Proficient in Requirements Elicitation, Requirement Management, and Use Case Modeling
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical background with experience in TFS or AzDO
