Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Associate Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Define scope and value for software solutions by working with Product Owners and customers
• Capture customer needs and collaborate with teams to prioritize and groom the Product backlog
• Maintain quality of user stories and ensure alignment with UX designs and acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree; or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of Business Systems Analysis experience; or Associate's degree with 6 years of experience; or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• Three years' experience with value capture and tracking
• Experience in writing user requirements and acceptance criteria for modern applications
• Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile and SAFe environments
• Familiarity with GxP, CFR 21 Part 11, and systems validation is a plus
