Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, IT Salesforce Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, design configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for COC/COI systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements for development
• Provide project management support and oversight for Salesforce initiatives and third-party projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 8 years of professional experience, with 5 years as a business systems analyst/business analyst
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce-based systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
• System Admin Certification is preferred
• Experience in a pharmaceutical regulated environment (GxP, FDA) is advantageous
