Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Change Manager to lead a strategic survey transformation initiative within their Customer Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide change management planning for customer experience transformation initiatives
- Co-create and implement a change roadmap in partnership with Insights and Infrastructure teams
- Develop a measurement system to track adoption, compliance, and progress against behavioral goals
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Change Management or Organizational Transformation at an enterprise level
- Proven success in large-scale change initiatives, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or High-Tech environments
- Deep understanding of customer behavior transformation and enterprise CX strategies
- Hands-on experience with G Suite and modern project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Lean Six Sigma certification or background - strongly preferred
