Key Responsibilities

• Handle and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the end-to-end claims handling process
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve productivity and customer experience
• Conduct quality audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial claims operations experience
• Experience leading a team is desired
• In-depth knowledge of property and casualty claims work types
• Expertise in insurance terminology and claims handling processes
