Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Client Engagement Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the health, delivery, and performance of multiple customized client programs
- Acts as primary program management resource on 2-4 client engagements, cultivating client trust and engagement progress
- Responsible for monitoring budget performance, resource burn-rate analysis, and driving performance timelines
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing project/program delivery leadership role, particularly in information security
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- CISM or CISSP certification preferred
- Expert-level experience with Program Management methodologies and best practices required
