Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Representative, Client Processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews and processes moderately complex transactions, ensuring proper documentation and authorization
- Performs quality checks on transactions processed by team members and implements prevention plans for errors
- Collaborates on projects to improve business processes and develops knowledge of client requirements and firm policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Preferred: Minimum of 6 months of IICP Processing experience
- Experience in Back Office processing and familiarity with Salesforce, TA Hub, and DST
- Knowledge of the financial industry
