Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Assistant, Client and Colleague Support (Tier 2).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workload escalated by the Health Plan and/or Call Center Team
- Ensure superior service by providing information, feedback, and resolutions to client and colleague inquiries
- Complete member tickets, escalation emails, and other offline work within 24-48 hours
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a dedicated, distraction-free work-from-home space
- Ability to maintain a stable internet connection
- Experience with email support
